The hourly rate for this role is USD $63,000.00 - $79,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Job Purpose
The Warehouse Supervisor directs, supervises, and coordinates functions of the warehouse to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and direction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Oversee the accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of warehouse materials.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate regular maintenance and inspections of warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate with management to implement changes that enhance warehouse operations.
- Maintain effective communication channels with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Report on key performance indicators, warehouse metrics, and project status.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 10 years of related experience OR
- 14 years of direct supervisory experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment
