- Create and facilitate technical/product training courses to Dealership Technicians and internal CNH customers.
- Development of training program materials (standard or eLearning), which may include presentations, handouts, tests, video modules and exercises to apply knowledge of the subject matter.
- Create and analyzes course evaluations (standard or eLearning) in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
- Work with Brands and product development teams to update training materials (may include eLearning), create curriculum road maps, and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of courseware and supporting materials to align with new product releases.
- Interface with Dealerships to identify and execute on Technician training needs.
- Manage a team including experienced professionals towards execution of department objectives, and attainment of KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disipline.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.

The annual salary for this role is $119,250.00-$155,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
