- Lead and manage multiple, complex projects across functions and brands with a focus on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align project goals with strategic priorities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
- Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) effectively.
- Prepare regular status reports and present updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance.
- 7 years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
The annual salary for this role is USD$84,000.00 - $123,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
