Project Objectives:
The Engineering Intern will work closely with the Engineering team to support production operations, process improvement initiatives, and quality assurance activities. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, offering exposure to modern manufacturing practices, equipment, and engineering principles.
Major Tasks:
Our internships apply the technical knowledge learned in the classroom to real-world situations. Exposing candidates to engineering processes and advanced technology. The hands-on approach allows our Interns the ability to see the fruits of their labor and provide them with the flexibility needed to be able to produce the expected outcomes/results.

This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, offering exposure to modern manufacturing practices, equipment, and engineering principles.
Major Tasks:
- Assist in analyzing production workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to optimize throughput and reduce waste.
- Gather operational data such as cycle times, material usage, and downtime; prepare reports and present findings to engineering staff.
- Support engineers in machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance under supervision.
- Update technical drawings, work instructions, and process documentation using CAD tools or other software as required.
- Contribute to small-scale improvement projects, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma initiatives, and safety audits.
- Work with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality departments to achieve project goals.
