Job Description & Responsibilities

• Experience in at least 3 Coupa implementation programs
• Strong hands-on implementation across Coupa modules including:
  • Procurement to Invoicing
  • Early Pay Discounts
  • Inventory
  • Risk Aware
  • Spend Guard
  • Analytics and AIC modules
• Lead functional and technical deployment of Coupa solutions for clients
• Work in multi-party environments involving third-party vendors and Coupa Professional Services
• Drive best practices for Coupa setup, user adoption, integrations, and supplier enablement
• Conduct workshops, design reviews, UAT sessions, and end-user trainings at client site as needed
• Create and maintain implementation templates, training materials, and presentations
• Apply Coupa implementation methodologies and industry best practices to functional design
• Coordinate delivery in onsite/onshore/offshore models
• Mentor and guide team members on implementation and technical design
• Support sales activities including proposal creation and client presentations when required

• Onsite availability in Burlington, NJ is mandatory
