Duties
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Operate construction equipment such as skid loaders, scissor lifts, and tele handlers safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and fixtures.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments and weather conditions.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to residential construction.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials is required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently when necessary.
