The Role

We are looking for people passionate about both success and the product to join our Trim Team to support our Fulfillment Team process with the top quality produced. Being detail oriented, a team player, and good at communicating is the name of the game on the Trim Team. A desire to analyze your own work under a microscope and make adjustments on the fly is a plus! This role requires consistent collaboration with our experienced Fulfillment and Sales teams to deliver best in class products.

Responsibilities

• Trim final product for multiple flower brands
• Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding product and trim quality
• Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow
• Keep documented logs and notes of product metrics to help the Grow Team understand crop performance
• Maintain a clean workspace at all times by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment to ensure sanitary practices
• Use PPE as required: gloves
• Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Be a reliable team player
• Positive attitude day in and day out
• Work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in an agricultural setting is a plus, but not required
• Marijuana product knowledge and passion is a plus, but not required
• Serve as role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies, and procedures
• Have strong service and quality focus. Address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand the root cause, then communicate / educate the team in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

Physical Demands-Must be able to:

• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Regularly move up to 10 lbs

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
