Role Description
As a New Client Sales Specialist, youll be the front line in expanding our client base and filling our programs with students ready to enter the skilled trades workforce. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in B2B relationship-building and is eager to earn based on performance.
Youll Be Responsible For
This is a commission-only role, with high earning potential:
New Client Bonuses
Earn a bonus of up to $500 for simply finding and securing new clients, the bonus level is depending on the clients size and training potential.
Student Enrollment Commission
Earn % of gross tuition revenue for any student you enroll, for up to one year of classes. The more students you recruit from a new client, the more you make its that simple.

- Identifying and acquiring new business clients i.e. manufacturing firms, industrial employers, etc.
- Recruiting students from within those organizations for our training programs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new accounts
- Collaborating with our existing account management team

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability in account management and building lasting client relationships.
- Experience with business development strategies that drive growth in competitive markets.
- Proficient in Zoho or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and market opportunities effectively.
