- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within QuickBooks.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Support general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, double entry bookkeeping, and month-end closing procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; experience with 10-key typing is preferred.
- Ability to perform account reconciliation, journal entries, and balance sheet analysis efficiently.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
