The Territory Sales Manager will lead CNC Cabinetry’s nationwide sales growth within the assigned region by developing strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and distributors. This role is responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales leader with proven experience in building accounts within the cabinetry, building products, or home improvement industry.
Job Summary:
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed assigned revenue and profitability goals for assigned territory.
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with kitchen and bath dealers, contractors, builders, and other trade customers.
- Execute territory sales plans, including new account development and retention of existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional events to strengthen CNC Cabinetry’s brand presence.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and territory updates to senior leadership.
- Maintain a deep understanding of CNC Cabinetry’s product lines, features, design, and installation methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in cabinetry, building materials, or related home improvement products.
- Valid driver license in good standing and reliable transportation to travel between job sites (as needed).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required; experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop territory growth strategies.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
