Post-closing responsibilities to include performing quality control checks on signed documents, uploading files to the document repository, reviewing final title polices for proper coverage and endorsements.

- Coordinate with settlement providers to schedule closings and confirm details
- Communicate with lenders, settlement agents and other stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues
- Perform quality control review of all signed closing documents, and post close checklist to validate accuracy and compliance
- Assist lenders with obtaining and tracking exception documents
