Dispensary Manager
Responsibilities:
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the dispensary in strict accordance with CCC and organizational targets and policies. They seek to maximize revenues while minimizing costs and ensure that excellent customer service standards are met. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create and maintain a positive environment for employees and customers
- Responsible for the support and managing of dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations
- Serves as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations
- Responds to all agent questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Budtenders to maintain a compliant and clean facility
- Coordinates with upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff
- Provides superior customer service for customers and vendors
- Responds to all customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Oversee orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in strict accordance with CCC
- Provide inventory and sales reports to the Retail General Manager as required
- Responsible for Safety and Security of the store
- Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to employees and customers, and identifying/ resolving urgent issues
- Assistance with product packaging, inventory management, inventory security, and cash security
Qualifications:
· Must have the ability to maintain a positive work environment
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Must be 21 years of age
· Punctual, meticulous, reliable.
· Courteous manner with customers
· Have knowledge of strains, genetics, edibles, and methods of ingestion
· Excellent communication skills
· High level of responsibility and confidentiality
· Flexibility and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
· Must be confident and customer service oriented when dealing with customers on the phone and in person
· Applicable experience as a retail manager, assistant manager, or other
applicable experience
