Job Title: Customer Loyalty & Rewards Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Loyalty & Rewards Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of our customer rewards system. You will be responsible for turning occasional buyers into lifelong brand advocates by designing engaging incentives and personalized experiences.
Focus: Driving brand advocacy, retention, and repeat purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Design: Evolve and manage end-to-end customer loyalty programs, including points systems, tiered rewards, and exclusive member benefits, ensuring it aligns with company goals and motivates repeat business.
- Data Analysis: Data Analysis & ROI: Monitor key performance indicators (engagement rates, redemption rates, ROI) and utilize customer data to identify trends and optimize program effectiveness.
- Campaign Management: Launch targeted marketing campaigns (email, app, SMS) to boost member engagement and redemption rates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing, IT, Office and Creative teams to ensure a seamless "loyalty" experience across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor program health through metrics like active member rates, ROI, and repeat purchase frequency.
- Employee Training: Training Retail employees on current Reward systems.
- Communication: Develop clear materials to help employees understand their "Total Rewards" package and how to participate in recognition programs.
Experience/Education:
- 3-5 years of experience in loyalty program management, customer retention, or CRM marketing.
- Experience with loyalty platform software and marketing automation tools.
- Strong ability to interpret data, drive actionable insights, and use CRM tools or analytics platforms.
- Experience with loyalty platform software and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and present to executives.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Current Driver’s license and must have a clean driving record.
