The Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for developing new and expanding existing Treasury Management business relationships.
- Develops and executes Treasury Management Sales and Prospecting Plans
- Identifies needs and provides appropriate Treasury Management solutions for customer's strategies and goals
- Understands competitor capabilities and can effectively position the Bank's Treasury Management services as a competitive advantage
- Works independently and with team members on prospecting efforts and expansion of relationships, generates cross-sell opportunities and referrals to other bank lines of business
- Manages customer visits and on-going contact/relationship development
- Manages entire sales process including developing and writing proposals, making customer presentations and executing customer agreements
- Conducts Treasury Management reviews with top customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational/work experience
- 3-5 years of Treasury Management Services experience
- Preferred - 5-7 years of Treasury Management Services experience
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; moderate math and writing skills; moderate presentation skills; strong follow up abilities
- Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as required
- Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
- Must be able to travel regularly from location to location
- Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs
