What You’ll Do
- Lead and optimize day-to-day clinic operations to ensure excellent patient and staff experiences
- Partners with physicians, advanced practice providers, and senior leadership to support access, workflow, and quality initiatives
- Supervise, coach, and develop both clinical and clerical team members
- Oversee compliance, safety practices, and performance metrics
- Support clinical tasks as needed (for RN-licensed candidates this may include hands-on clinical duties)
- Manage scheduling, block time coordination, and provider onboarding/credentialing
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing or a related field
- Minimum four (4) years of healthcare management experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Demonstrated success leading clinical teams and driving results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Strong understanding of workflow, staffing, scheduling, and patient operations
- Proven experience in strategic planning, budget oversight, and quality initiatives
