We are seeking a highly motivated, polished, and results driven real estate professional to join our established and top producing team as an Inbound Sales Associate focused exclusively on converting Zillow buyer leads into closed transactions.

The Opportunity
You will be working directly with live Zillow buyer inquiries, with the primary objective of:
- Securing immediate showing appointments
- Building rapport and trust with prospective buyers
- Providing a professional, consultative experience
- Converting prospects into active clients and ultimately into closed sales
This is not a passive role. It is designed for a true sales professional who understands urgency, follow up, and the art of closing.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently holds an active Louisiana Real Estate License
- Strong, confident communicator with a polished and professional presence
- Proven sales ability with a natural instinct to convert opportunities

Compensation
This is a commission based position with significant earning potential. For the right individual, this role can easily exceed $200,000 annually. The Income potential is truly up to you!!
