As a Sales Crew Member, you'll work directly with residential customers throughout assigned communities, introducing wireless and internet services, explaining available plans and promotions, answering questions, and helping customers choose solutions that fit their household needs. No previous experience is required; we provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching from day one.
What You'll Do as a Sales Crew Member
- Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned neighborhoods
- Introduce wireless and internet services, current promotions, and available account options
- Explain plans, pricing, features, and service benefits in a clear and professional way
- Help customers compare services based on their household needs and budget
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Build strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales activity as a Sales Crew Member
- Work alongside your team to achieve customer acquisition and sales goals
