- Meet directly with customers in assigned locations to discuss Verizon wireless services, internet plans, devices, promotions, and account options
- Explain pricing, service features, account benefits, upgrades, and available offers clearly and professionally as an Account Representative - Entry Level
- Support customer enrollments, account setup, activations, account updates, and account support as an Account Representative - Entry Level
- Help customers compare wireless and internet solutions based on household needs, usage, and connectivity goals
- Build positive customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up support as an Account Representative - Entry Level
- Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and sales activity tracking as an Account Representative - Entry Level
