Job Overview
Seeking experienced part-time and full-time on-site maintenance technician for multiple positions located in the Central, Livingston, and Watson LA areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years maintenance related experience. This role will be responsible for completing assigned work orders for repairs. Duties include repairs to appliances, plumbing, light electrical, sheetrock, carpentry, etc. Other administrative support services will include completion of work order scope of work descriptions and maintaining parts and storage areas to facilitate efficient working conditions. This position will work closely with the regional operations manager and could also provide assistance with various task or special projects as needed. Some travel in around the servicing area will be required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
