Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary
CMS Lawn Care and Landscaping LLC is looking to hire a motivated Individual to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in landscape or property maintenance. no experience is Required.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a professional team that values reliability, effort, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in landscaping or property maintenance
• Self-driven, motivated, and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors and different weather conditions
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as commercial mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Awareness and care when operating equipment, including the ability to recognize when machinery is not running properly
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in job performance
• Professional appearance and respectful behavior when working on client properties
• Ability to take direction and continually improve skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Drivers license Required

About the Role

Crew members assist with a variety of landscape maintenance services including:

• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Property maintenance and seasonal cleanups
• Mulch installation and bed maintenance
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• Plant Installation
• General landscape tasks as needed
