Part-time Property Maintenance Technician needed in Coraopolis area.

Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
General custodial work
Completing work orders
Refurbishing turnovers
Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when neccesary
Grounds maintenance, snow removal
Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle
