Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operator for a full-time, on-site role located in Charlotte, NC. The Operator will manage the operation of concrete pumping equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services on job sites. The role requires working closely with customers and the team to meet project specifications while adhering to strict safety standards. Daily tasks include setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring the job site is safe and clean. The role demands a commitment to maintaining professionalism and upholding CMP’s reputation for reliability and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating concrete pumps, telebelts, and other related equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA and ACPA certification is required)
- Basic mechanical and maintenance skills, including troubleshooting and repairs
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and adapt to changing schedules
- Valid CDL driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
