Duties
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and callers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, service questions, and account information through phone or in-person interactions
- Promote products and services confidently to meet sales targets while ensuring customer needs are prioritized
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with potential clients and nurture ongoing relationships
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer information, transactions, and interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
- Support client services by resolving issues promptly, providing clear information, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience
- No prior sales or customer service experience required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially bilingual proficiency in English and other languages to serve diverse communities
- Familiarity with basic computer skills, including typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in call centers or outbound calling is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer support scenarios
