Responsibilities
- Retain customers by resolving concerns
- Develop knowledge of our client product, sales systems, and procedures
- Manage external customer needs
- Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of Community Solar products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers.
- Re-sign current customers by extending their service agreements
- Satisfy the specific needs of customers with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Drive Sales Revenue
