DESCRIPTION
The Office Administrator is responsible for the administrative aspects of the office up to and including any accounting assistance as requested, daily clerical tasks, and other departmental requests as they come.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet visitors and answer the company phone as needed.
- Order office supplies, restock office supplies and refreshment areas regularly and as needed.
- Facilitate meeting logistics, including conference room set up and arrangement of refreshments and/or food.
- Process and distribute company mail and/or certified mail.
- Corporate Offices Utility Management.
- Corporate Office Facility Management including Broomfield Apartment Rental Coordination.
- Corporate Travel Support
- Monthly Credit Card Processing
- Compilation of operations and maintenance manuals.
- Ability to lift up to
- Perform basic clerical duties such as: typing, file management, emailing,
- Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate.
- Maintain the standards, culture, and values of CML Security
- Other duties as the business need changes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 Years of administrative work experience
- OSHA-10 certification preferred.
