CMK Resources is partnering with an industry-leading organization to identify an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a mature Salesforce environment supporting critical business operations.

This position requires being onsite - Birmingham, MI.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform while helping drive continuous improvements across the organization.
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and data management.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce using custom objects, fields, Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, validation rules, Flows, and page layouts.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights.
- Manage role-based security, object permissions, and field-level security.
- Coordinate deployments between Development, Sandbox, and Production environments.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and release validation.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide advanced support to internal users.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Tier 1 Salesforce support staff.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, enhancements, and administrative procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for platform improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
- Strong experience with: Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flows, Dynamic Forms, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, and Security Model & Governance
- Experience supporting multiple Salesforce environments and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Platform App Builder Certification
- Experience supporting enterprise-level Salesforce environments
- Experience with Service Cloud or Field Service
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps or release management tools
