As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Kitchen & Bath Measure Technician to join our team and help ensure our projects start with accuracy and finish with excellence.

Position Overview:
The Kitchen & Bath Measure Technician will be responsible for taking precise measurements, reviewing and verifying 20/20 drawings, and ensuring kitchen and bath designs are accurate prior to installation. This role is split between time spent in-office reviewing plans and time in customers’ homes confirming layouts and measurements. Accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site measurements of kitchens and bathrooms to ensure accuracy prior to installation.
• Verify and cross-check designs, layouts, and 20/20 drawings against actual space dimensions.
• Collaborate with designers, sales staff, and project managers to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Review design plans for functionality, feasibility, and installation readiness.
• Maintain detailed documentation of measurements and project notes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and clients.
• Support the design and sales team by providing accurate information and feedback.
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, accuracy, and speed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with kitchen and bath measuring, cabinetry, or remodeling preferred.
• Strong familiarity with 20/20 design software and kitchen/bath layouts.
• Hard-working, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently in the field and collaboratively in the office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Full-time position with a split schedule (in-office and in-home).
