We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Controller. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hoffman Estates, IL. The Controller will lead financial activities, including managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and overseeing audits. You will work closely with the finance and leadership teams to analyze financial data, produce reports, and provide strategic financial guidance.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Proven experience with financial software and tools
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
