Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Wraparound Coordinator, this individual will function as a Wraparound facilitator in Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties. Responsible for implementation of the Wraparound process to support families who are involved with public systems, especially the Department of Health and Human Services and Community Mental Health Authority Families Forward. The position works with families who have adopted or foster children, and families at risk of out of home placement or where a child is returning from out of home placement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or other related field required. Licensed Bachelor’s
Three years supervised experience (professional or paraprofessional) in the examination, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families required. Must possess ability to monitor and facilitate the delivery of community-based integrative services from diverse providers. Strong leadership skills and group facilitation skills required. Must be an energetic, flexible, creative, innovative individual who can develop strength-based, family-centered supportive case plans. Ability to function as part of a team is critical. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally is required. Possession of a valid Michigan driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use is required.

Conditional Employment Requirements: Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results of a background verification and credentialing procedure consisting of: Michigan State Police clearance check, undergo and pass a Central Registry Screening, verification of a professional license, Medicaid/Medicare verification, verification of an acceptable driving record, educational background check and verification of an acceptable work history. Salary/Hours: $51,501 – $58,557 annually. 40 hours per week, some evening hours expected.
