FLEX SECURITY OFFICER (ARMED / UNARMED) – ON CALL

CMG Security Services is currently hiring two dependable and professional Flex Security Officers one armed and one unarmed. This is an on-call position that requires full flexibility. Officers must be available to report to duty on short notice and will be trained across all active contracts.
Job Description:
Flex Officers are essential to our operations. You will provide security coverage at various client locations throughout Orlando, filling in for scheduled absences, call-outs, or special assignments. Officers must be adaptable, dependable, and committed to upholding high standards of professionalism at every post.
Responsibilities:
- Report to various sites on short notice
- Conduct foot patrols and monitor premises
- Complete incident and daily activity reports
- Maintain a visible and professional presence
- Enforce site-specific rules and procedures
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and staff
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
- Valid Florida Class G License (for armed applicants)
- Valid drivers license
- Must be available on short notice, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation throughout the Orlando area
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Prior security experience preferred
- Must be professional, punctual, and flexible
