THE ROLE
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the creative engine behind the CMG brand. You'll own everything from our social media presence to our graphic design assets, from campaign execution to agent marketing support. This isn't a "post and pray" social media job — it's a strategic, creative, and highly visible role where your work will directly impact our growth, our recruiting, and our reputation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We care more about your passion, creativity, and drive than a specific number of years on a resume. If you're talented, hungry to grow, and obsessed with great marketing — we want to meet you.
Must-Haves:
- A genuine passion for branding, design, storytelling, and social media — this should feel like your calling, not just a job-
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for copy that converts
- Highly organized, self-directed, and deadline-driven — you own your work from start to finish
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience with content planning and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Later, Planoly, Buffer, or similar)
- A strong eye for design, attention to detail, and instinct for what stops the scroll
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in real estate, luxury brands, or a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Photography skills or experience directing photo/video shoots
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
