We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Verizon Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
- Use a provided lead list to follow up with existing Verizon customers to upsell Wireless products.
- Go door-to-door or use residential canvassing in order to bring the product and promotion right to the customer.
- Conduct consultations to showcase features and benefits of devices and plans
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Educate customers on device usage, plan options, and troubleshooting tips
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or canvassing preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly.
- Have a teachable attitude.
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies.
- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
