Are you a skilled and compassionate clinician ready to support individuals on their path to healing and recovery? We are currently seeking a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Therapist to join our dedicated outpatient team.
In this role, you will work with individuals facing both mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Your expertise will help clients find stability, growth, and renewed purpose all within a collaborative, supportive, and mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and psychosocial evaluations
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions
- Offer crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with internal teams and external community providers
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with Florida state regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and quality assurance activities
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure continuity of care
Who We're Looking For
- Education: Masters degree or higher in a behavioral health field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
- Licensure: Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with a strong foundation in co-occurring disorders, outpatient therapy, and crisis intervention
- Proficient in trauma-informed care, culturally responsive practices, and collaborative treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Additional Requirements
- Valid Florida Drivers License
- Must pass background screening
- Compliance with agencys random drug screening policy

- Compensation: Full-time, fee-for-service position with an annualized salary range of $50,000 to $65,000
