CME Group is currently looking for a summer intern to assist the US Client Development & Sales (CD&S) Division. CD&S is the front-line of customer interaction at the Exchange, focusing sales efforts globally & managing relationships with CME Group's clients across all customer segments and products. The CD&S intern will be responsible for supporting the ongoing work of the CD&S team in these areas:

Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist with input updates to internal CRM tool, creation of reports
- Assist in research projects for customer segment teams
- Assist in data analysis projects for sales support
- Assist in other ad hoc projects
- Develop understanding of key customers and products at CME Group
Skills / Software Requirements:
- Currently pursuing BA/BS, majoring in finance, economics
- Prior work experience or leadership roles in extra-curricular activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with emphasis on Excel
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Inquisitive individual who is self-motivated to learn more about the derivatives industry
