Medical Equipment Installer & Driver

CME Corp
Indianapolis, IN Full Time
POSTED ON 7/19/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/15/2026

Looking for a hands-on job where no two days are the same?

CME Corp is hiring a Medical Equipment Installer & Driver (Direct to Site Installer) in our Indianapolis, IN location. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, staying active, and making a real difference for customers, this could be a great fit for you.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be part of our Direct to Site delivery team, which means you won’t just be dropping off packages — you’ll be assembling, delivering, and installing medical equipment directly inside hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

Some days, you’ll be in the warehouse assembling and staging equipment. On others, you’ll be on the road, driving a 26-foot box truck and delivering to hospitals and clinics. Once on site, you’ll handle the installation and setup, ensuring the equipment is properly placed and ready for use.

You’ll interact directly with customers — like hospital staff — so professionalism and clear communication are important. You should also feel confident using hand and power tools. If you enjoy building or fixing things, this role will feel right at home.

What we’re looking for:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Experience driving a 26' box truck or similar
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A flexible schedule—start and end times may vary each day
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and stay overnight if needed
  • The ability to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet most of the day
  • Comfort with tools and equipment—you should be mechanically inclined
  • Experience in carpentry, logistics, or medical equipment is a plus

Who You Are:

  • Hardworking and reliable — you show up and give your best every day
  • Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused — you enjoy making a positive impression
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you stay on top of tasks and take pride in doing things right
  • A team player — you work well with others and support a positive work environment
  • A problem-solver — you're proactive and like to find better ways to get the job done
  • Mechanically inclined — you’re comfortable using tools and may have experience in logistics, delivery, or installation work

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental & Vision
  • PTO- Vacation, Sick and 11 Paid Holidays
  • Employer-Paid Life Insurance
  • 401k Retirement Plan
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • Voluntary Benefits – Critical Illness, Short & Long Term Disability, Accident, Life, Whole Life, and Pet insurance
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Referral Bonus Program
  • Employee Assistance Program
