Our company provides essential support to physicians by designing and coordinating hospital-based educational activities that help them stay current in their field and earn continuing medical education (CME) credits. This work plays an important role in supporting quality patient care and professional development. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
To be successful in this position, you'll rely on your professional written and verbal communication skills to interface with doctors and hospital clients by telephone, email, and in virtual meetings. Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). You must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse constituency, including administrative, medical and non-medical staff, personnel from other agencies, etc.
We’re looking for candidates who can write clearly, present information effectively, respond thoughtfully to questions, and exercise sound judgment in solving problems. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment are essential. Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is preferred but not required. There is a large volume of paperwork in this job, so follow-up and file maintenance skills are essential.
