Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the detailed design and drafting of structural components for various projects, including bridges, culverts, dams, buildings, and other special structures. This role requires extensive experience in structural detailing, a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Structural Systems Design: Develop and implement structural designs for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- AutoCAD Proficiency: Prepare comprehensive, bid-ready construction drawings, plans, sections, details, and layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements and timely completion of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and checks of drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
