Design Assistant – Residential Landscape & ConstructionI am seeking a detail-oriented and personable Design Assistant to support a small, fast-growing residential construction company specializing in custom backyard design and outdoor living spaces.Responsibilities include:Preparing professional landscape plans, presentation drawings, and technical documents for engineering and permitting.Creating and revising drawings in AutoCAD.Managing permit applications at local building departments and coordinating HOA submittals.Communicating professionally with clients, vendors, and project partners.Supporting business operations by tracking sales leads, managing sold projects, and assisting with construction scheduling.Helping manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms.Qualifications:Proficiency with AutoCAD and Excel.Experience with permit processes and HOA design reviews.Strong communication skills and a personable, client-friendly demeanor.Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small, hands-on company environment.Knowledge of horticulture is a plus but not required.I
