We’re hiring a mid-level Systems Engineer with 5-10 years of relevant experience who’s a natural collaborator, a clear communicator, and a hands-on leader with a reputation for getting things done. You should be as comfortable leading a big design review as you are writing a safety risk management plan or authoring system requirements. Most of all, you should value openness, teamwork, and doing the right thing—even when it’s not the easiest path.
What You’ll Do
5-10 years of medical device regulatory and product development experience Bachelor’s in engineering (biomedical, mechanical, electrical, or similar) Strong leadership, follow-through, and people skills Comfort switching between detail work and high-level planning Columbus-based and able to work hybrid with occasional travel (
