We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex civil construction projects from planning through close-out and continue building our reputation for excellence.

The Project Manager will oversee the lifecycle of water, sewer, wastewater, earthwork, roadway, utility infrastructure, and subdivision projects. This includes responsibility for project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, procurement, contract compliance, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate has strong heavy civil experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to executing safe, efficient, and profitable projects.

• Manage multiple civil construction projects through all phases.
• Lead project planning, kickoff, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Approve submittals, RFIs, coordinate inspections, and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee change orders, pay applications, billings, and cost controls.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (milestones, resources, critical path).
• Manage subcontractor performance and documentation.
• Oversee procurement, purchase orders, vendor contracts, and material deliveries.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
• Provide leadership through structured meetings, agendas, and documentation.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
• Lead close-out activities and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5–10 years of heavy civil project management experience (utilities, earthwork, roadway).
• Proven record managing multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong contract administration knowledge (AIA, DB, lump sum, unit price).
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.
• Strong financial, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required.
• CCM, PMP, or OSHA 30 preferred.
