What You'll Do
- Direct and coordinate all activities of the Plant's Wire Chopper and Retail operations, shipping, receiving, safety and environmental
- Develop and lead a Safety Culture that is consistent with CMC standards
- Control inventory dollars and tons by meeting inventory turn standards set forth by the company
- Leads all department personnel in a professional manner toward achieving company performance goals with emphasis on safety, quality, and meeting all company standards
- Collaborate with Plant Manager to ensure accomplishment of plant and regional goals
- Must be able to maintain an accurate inventory with no losses due to fraud, poor quality control, poor operational or accounting practices
- Must be able to maintain and be familiar with safety and environmental concerns
- Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or other closely related field strongly preferred
- Preferred past successful experience in operations in metal recycling facility or other related industry
