Summary
We are seeking a Sales Support / CT2 Inspection Technician to join our team in the US. This role is vital in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the quality of inspections at our service centers. Based in your local area, you will contribute to our mission of providing top-tier auto repair and tire services.
Responsibilities
- Check customer tire tread depths on routine basis
- Tire air pressure checks
- Action reports for customers/ fleets as part of CT2 program
- Internal audit of tire technicians’ performance servicing customer fleets
- Use and operate Continental CT2 tire pressure monitoring tool
- Upload and provide survey reports to account salesperson
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales within the automotive or tire industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform detailed vehicle inspections.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, tires, or related products is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
