Floating Residential Maintenance Technician - Northern KY

We are seeking a full-time floating residential maintenance tech for our apartment communities located in Northern Kentucky . Must have basic maintenance experience and capable of multi-tasking & work independently. A qualified candidate will perform:

Work Orders daily

Prepare vacant units ready for move ins

Report to Property Manager

Maintain maintenance shop

Maintain the property grounds

Skills: HVAC certified a plus

Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills

Experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance

Knowledge and ability to perform turnover process

**Background Check Required**

This position requires a “whatever-it-takes” attitude. A candidate must have the desire to do a job right the first time and do it in a timely manner. A “sense of urgency” to complete tasks is required. When on the job, this position must feel comfortable asking for help and letting someone know if you don’t understand something or you don’t know how to do something.

Some on call hours. Overtime will be available!

Required experience:

• Maintenance or remodeling experience required: 1 year
• HVAC certification a plus, but not required
