Qualifications
- 15 years of heavy civil construction experience, ideally with extensive TxDOT project experience
- 10 years of leadership and operational management experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale DOT projects ranging from $50M–$150M
- Experience managing multiple DOT infrastructure projects concurrently
- Strong understanding of self-perform heavy civil operations, including paving, utilities, structures, and roadway construction
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced heavy civil leader coming from an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Project Manager background with strong TxDOT project experience and a proven ability to successfully oversee multiple large-scale infrastructure projects simultaneously.
This individual will bring a collaborative, team-oriented leadership style and demonstrate the resilience, adaptability, and people management skills required to succeed within a fast-paced heavy civil environment.
