Position Overview
As a White Glove Delivery & Installation Associate, you will work alongside a lead driver to provide premium in-home delivery and assembly services. This is not standard package delivery—you will be carefully moving furniture and other products into customers' homes, assembling them with attention to detail, and ensuring every installation is completed professionally while treating each customer's home with the utmost care and respect.
You'll be representing our company at every stop, so professionalism, courtesy, and craftsmanship are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist the driver with loading, transporting, and unloading products safely.
- Carefully move furniture and other items into customers' homes without causing damage.
- Professionally assemble and install products according to company standards.
- Deliver a true white glove service experience, treating every customer's home with respect and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance on every job.
- Communicate courteously with customers and ensure complete satisfaction before leaving each delivery.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete deliveries on schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
