About the Role:
CMB Solutions Inc is looking for a driven and motivated DME/HME salesperson to help enhance our resupply business. If you know the DME space, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by commission, we could be a great fit.
Roles:
Roles:
- Grow DME/HME resupply accounts
- Build relationships with providers and referral partners
- Drive recurring revenue through ongoing resupply needs
Qualifications:
- DME/HME sales experience (resupply preferred)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and sales-driven
Compensation:
- 15% commission for the first 6 months
- 5% commission for the next 6 months

Requirements:
- Prior experience in DME/HME, medical device, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
- Established relationships with referral sources in the Indianapolis market is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
