Role Description
CMAC Roofing is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our presence across Nashville and the surrounding Middle Tennessee market. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who is competitive, relationship-driven, and eager to build a strong book of business with a company that provides leads, support, and multiple compensation options.
This position is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The right candidate will represent CMAC with professionalism, urgency, and integrity while helping drive growth in the market.
Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities across Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee markets
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Prospect and self-generate additional opportunities through networking, referrals, and field activity
• Conduct sales presentations and property inspections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to signed contract
• Maintain consistent communication and provide a high level of customer service
• Manage accounts, track opportunities, and stay organized in day-to-day sales activity
• Contribute to the continued growth of CMAC in the Middle Tennessee market
Qualifications
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to deliver effective and engaging sales presentations
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused with strong follow-through
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Roofing, construction, or restoration experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
