Job Overview
CMAC Roofing is hiring an Entry-Level Estimator to support our gutter and roofing divisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and looking to build a career in construction, estimating, or operations.
This role will focus on reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, and preparing cost and material estimates for gutter projects, with potential exposure to roofing estimating as you grow in the role.
No prior estimating experience is required. We provide hands-on, paid training.
What You’ll Do
- Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Perform material takeoffs for gutter projects
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and bids
- Work with internal teams to gather pricing and job details
- Ensure estimates are organized, accurate, and submitted on time
- Learn estimating processes for both gutter and roofing scopes
- Support the team with administrative and project-related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and plans
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel experience is a plus)
- Construction knowledge is helpful but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $45,000 annually
