The Mosaic Product Manager must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand client business needs, and be able to aid in the conception of innovative solutions for the broader market. The effective development of market and channel partners will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Managing the business development aspects of a technical-focused product line – through the full life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements by conducting market research supported via on-going visits to customers and prospective customers.
- Lead and direct business development strategy and its execution.
- Developing and implementing a business plan and go-to-market plan, working with other CMA business units to execute.
- Analyzing, implementing and managing potential channel and sales partner relationships for the product.
Qualifications
- 5 years of software marketing/product and channel management experience.
- Experience with and a strong understanding of AI.
- Ability to effectively communicate and explain complex technology.
- Drive to business development and sales.
- While not required, a Computer Science or Engineering degree or relevant work experience is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in the government marketplace is not required but is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills for communicating with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work well with and lead a team of Product Managers.
- Ability to work within a team setting.
- Ability to develop and articulate a vision
- Well organized, results oriented and detail oriented.
Salary : $135,000 - $160,000
