We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) to join our care team. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities, administer medications safely, and help maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment. What You’ll Do
Resident Care
-
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse

Support residents’ comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
-
Help maintain a clean and safe environment
Medication Administration
-
Safely prepare and administer medications (oral, topical, and suppository; non-narcotic only) as ordered by the physician
-
Accurately document medications administered
-
Monitor residents for medication side effects or concerns
-
Report any medication discrepancies to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing
What We’re Looking For
Education
-
High School Diploma, GED, or High School Certificate
Experience
-
Less than 1 year of experience required

Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Certifications (Required)

Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Certification
-
Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) Certification (CMT certification does not qualify)
-
BLS through American Heart Association (AHA) CPR & First Aid Certification
